PRE-RELEASE WINDOWS 95 INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
FOR THE HP SURESTORE CD-WRITER 4020I
==================================
Installation of the CDR95 software
==================================
Run "CDR95 -d" from a DOS prompt or StartMenu/Run in Windows95.
The -d creates the proper directory structure under the current
directory.
Run SETUP95.EXE from StartMenu/Run. The file is located in the new
INSTFLPY directory under the directory where you unpacked CDR95.EXE.
If there are no directories under that CDR95.EXE file, you need to
unpack CDR95.EXE again using the -d option.

If the settings you wrote down above don't match the card,
either run CFGISA (see Installation Guide) to make them match or
go to ControlPanel/System/SCSIcontrollers/Advansys in Windows 95
and change them.
Tips:
Remember to run "CDR95 -d" when extracting the file after
downloading. Use a lower case "d" for the switch.
If SETUP95 can't find a file, try browsing to the DRV_DLL or INSTFLPY
directories under the current directory.
If there are no directories under the CDR95.EXE file, you need to
unpack using the -d option.
After changing card settings in Windows 95, make sure the you wait
for the system to say "it is safe to turn off computer" before you
do so. A box will pop up to remind you of this.
